The Cliffs Notes:

- Julian / Jules / Hulio.

- Sunshine Coast based.

- But shoot 90% of my Weddings EVERYWHERE else.

- Travel. It rocks my teeny, tiny little size 13 socks.

- Wedding Photographer.

- Happiness is what drives me.

- Love & Lovers are what inspire me.

- Addiction: Starbucks.

The Essay:

I'm a bit different to what you would traditionally expect of a Wedding Photographer. I'm a 6'3", bald, happy-go-lucky 22 year old who has traveled the world over and found his way back home again. I live for the thrill of everyday life and all it includes; whether it is Sunday afternoons with friends, family or the love of my life, Jacinta.. Or even playing fetch with our pet Labradoodle, Eddie.

But that is enough about me; I'm not here to tell my story, I'm here to tell your story. I'm here to capture your day, intricately. I'm here to photograph you getting ready at 5 A.M, if you'd like me to. I'm here to party with your friends and family, once I've finished taking the "nice photos".

I'm here, simply, for you. And of course the Starbucks Coffee when we meet up to discuss your gorgeous day. So jump on over to the contact page to find out how you can get in touch. If you'd love to meet up, chat, have a laugh and go over a few wonderful Wedding photo's with me in person... I'll be there.

The Photos:

If you'd like to dive right into some Weddings or E-Shoots, then jump up to my menu and check out the "Portfolio" link for a few, full-sized sneak-peaks. Want more? No worries - Send me a message from the Contact page and we can catch up over coffee sometime, with my iPad and gorgeous side-kick, Jacinta.

The Investment:

If you'd like my current packages price-list, then jump on over to the contact page and give me an email or call. I'll be happy to get you caught up on all the intimate details - Packages range from $1295.00 to $3250.00 -- Dependant on what you want. Prefer a customized package? That is easy, too. Just let me know what, where & when.

Meet Eddie..

I’d like to preface by saying I am in no way, shape or form a dog person. I’m 110% the exact opposite and do not understand why people keep pets in general, let alone dogs. If I wanted an alarm system, I’d have an over-weight guy install one in my wall .. But I digress.

Eddie is a Chocolate Mini Labradoodle (Labrador cross Poodle), he was brought into my parents pet store last week, semi-abandoned. The original owners had him for 8 months, he is 9 months old in all. They hadn’t quite “taken” to him and I suspect he was a touch neglected.

He had a shaggy coat, dread locks and hardly wanted to play fetch. After an afternoon of cuddling with Jacinta and constant ooh’n and ahh’n from her, I finally gave in and decided to pat the poor thing. I was then persuaded into letting him come home with us, just until he found a new home…

I told myself it would just be a night. No big deal, right? Then I reminded myself when I was walking through Woolworth’s picking up some Dr Harry verified, over-priced bag of food that no, I wasn’t keeping him; I was just being nice and the person who decided to adopt him could use it… Right?

I used the same excuse when I went to pick up some Fido’s Emu Oil Shampoo; $20.00 for a small 250ml bottle. After everything, he deserved a bath. I used the same quiet explanation when I bought 2 “anti-rust” top of the line dog bowls and a brand new funky coloured dog-leash and collar.

Then today was the tipping point. The moment the bubble around my head popped; the “realisation”, if you will. I booked him into a “Puppy Parlour” to have him shaved, toe-nails clipped, ears plucked, and de-flea’d and cleaned. Safe to say, Eddie found a new home and it ain’t the puppy parlour!

I never imagined myself as a dog person and still cannot believe I’m letting one sleep at the foot of my bed. But I guess we all have a soft spot in our hearts, especially for orphans. After just a short time, he is playing fetch, rolling around on our carpet and all in all, making us fall in love.
